Please be careful with Mamu’s Heart

Our grandmother, Mamu Aning, is currently admitted to the Manila Doctors Hospital. We rushed her to the hospital because of difficulty in breathing. Prior to this, she was diagnosed with Pneumonia and presence of water in the lungs.

Upon admission to Manila Doctors Hospital, doctors found through tests done in the ER several episodes of mild heart attack that may not be visible to the naked eye. The doctors advised to transfer her to the Cardiac Room (ICU for critical Cardio patients) and to perform angioplasty. The angioplasty alone will cost 350k-500k, which will be on top of the daily expenses incurred while she stays in the ICU. She has been transferred to the ICU this afternoon.
