PLEAESE HELP CAPIZ VICTIM of Typhoon Ursula

Hello everyone. I lived on San Jose , an outskirt brgy of Roxas City Capiz and I myself experience the tragedy brought by TYPHOON URSULA. Even we also have damages on our own home I'm asking help not for me but for the other people who Needed MORE help.

I Know that you can see news on tv, or social media regarding the government helping the victims but that's not it. there are other outskirts baranggays that didnt reach any help. My target was to reach out for those places that mostly neglected or forgotten because they were too far away.

I know the feeling of living away from the City, during the typhoon and after, we dont have cellphone reception in the area, no electricity and no way to contact someone for help. even now i am currently in iloilo for work, i cant contact anyone at home. So it pains me to think what the other's on the most outskirt places feel .
