Playscape Project for JES 2

Alex Ysabel A. Lapidante was chosen as Queen of Jaro Fancy Dress Ball 2015 in our Community. One of the objectives of Alex for her reign is to give back to the community, Thus her royal court is spearheading a special project for Jaro II Elementary School, where most of the poor but intelligent and talented children went to.The school is presently undergoing major reconstruction because of legal disputes in land ownership that resulted to the decrease in the land area.Classrooms were abandoned and demolished. Some of them were rebuilt through the efforts of private individuals and groups. However, as of this time, the renovations has no provisions for play area. In line with this, we intend to raise funds in order to build a Playground inside the school premises for the benefit of the less fortunate students of Jaro II Elementary School. We believe that the addition of a playscape will make the school more inviting to pupils and will provide a space for recreation and fellowship among them. Creating a safe and modern playground is a rare opportunity to enhance the lives of this children.
