plastic surgery of forehead

hello this is Pravar .Guys my friend Ayush who is 18 years old met with an accident 1 and a half years ago and then had undergone some surgeries. But one surgery took place on the forehead put a permanent scar on his forehead.That scar has so badly affected him that he has his self confidenceconfidenc and self esteem .People stay away from him because he looks wierd .he hardly has any .make fun of him because he stays alone.I took him to a dermatologist who told me to take him to a good hospital for plastic surgery.please help him .he is in very deep depression.please help because we cannot afford plastic surgery.
