Plastic surgery

Due to high doses of steroids given to me as a child and teen and weight gain that had caused, I am now left with so much extra skin at the age of 25.

Ive been dreaming about fixing this since such young age but its hard to save up so much without some help

It has caused me mental issues as Im so unhappy with myself and the way I look, made me so depressed and made me attempt suicide in the past

Please help, Im desperate
