PLASTIC PYROLYSIS PLANT
In 2014, the united nations secretary general said: “There is no plan B because We do not have a planet B.” Since its inception in 1974, world environment day has grown to become a global platform for public outreach and it is now celebrated in more than 100 countries. The call to action for the world environment day 2018 is “Beat plastic pollution.” Plastic pollution is a pressing environmental concern that requires our collective action.
Bangladesh Situation :
Dhaka is the capital city of Bangladesh, In this city about 14 million pieces of poly bags are thrown out everyday. Often ending up in rivers and oceans and causing hazards to marine life. Bangladesh experienced floods in urban areas in 1998 and 2008 where polythene and plastic materials were one of the major causes for the blockage of the drainage systems. A recent report published by earth day Network (2018) ranked Bangladesh 10th out of the top 20 plastic polluting countries in the world.
Plastic effects :
Agricultural production is disrupted and the food value of the crops declines due to soil pollution. Man, animals and birds develop keen susceptibility to diseases. Grasslands and forests are destroyed water gets polluted.
In this reason I want to do something for my country and my world. If I burn plastic it throw out carbon dioxide gas this gas more danger for environment. So I can not burn it. But If I melting and boiling this plastic by a process then we get Some diesel, patrol and methane gas. This system called plastic pyrolysis system. I made a demo for testing this system. In my demo I can melting only 3kg plastic. But I want to make a big plant for plastic pyrolysis like as per day 10 ton plastic melting capacity. But for this plant I need a big amount minimum $225000.
Use of Funds :
1. Purchase land
2. Purchase material
3. Manpower cost
4. Raw material collection
I hope all are help in my project. I want to see a fresh world and fresh environment. We need a clean environment for continue our life.
