Recently a logging company came through our land cutting down all the trees in a 50 acre square. I confronted them asking if they are going to come back and plant it again, which they replied yes, but in pine trees. As a vivid wildlife enthusiast I have obverse that pine trees supply no food or homes for animals such as birds, squirrels, deer and other wildlife in the area. My plan is to plant Oak trees and fruit tress for the wildlife. Out of the 50 acres, my plan is to plant 20 acres back with Oaks and other trees which supply the necessities for wildlife to thrive. I have found a locally owned and operated store which sell the trees that I am looking for, at around $30.00 for Oak and $20.00 for fruit tress. Please help me with this mission.
