the youth to bridge the entrepreneurial gap between small businesses and large corporates.
With our main focus being entrepreneurship development; rural communities in particular.
For the past years youth participation in entrepreneurship has been exclusive due to race, colour,
sex and background among other things.
Today the barrier is education, accessibility to information and lack of corporate experience.
Failure of start-up and emerging small businesses
Lack of information, skills, innovation and experience (mismanagement and no growth)
Inaccessibility of education and training facilities.
We intend to use a two-step approach which includes Identification and development. The
organisation will therefore partner with governments, consulting companies, universities and other
organisation that pursue the same or similar agenda to transformation.
Business formation (company registrations, business planning)
Education and training (Business management, Innovation)
Rural market research
