Planning To Aim Pro

I am a 19 year old who is from a low income background and want to raise money so that I can practice enough to become the World's best Pool,Billiards and Snooker player. I am able to practice from opening to closing time of the pool hall but am limited by the amount of money I have. Current Professionals that I know of in the Pool scene have told me that I have the potential to be anything I want to be if I put my mind to it and dedicate myself.
