Campaign Story
I'm bringing a burger inspired by the plancha that us Latinos use to cook for everything. I do not only want to bring an amazing sexy burger with LA street food inspiration to but I want to create a sense of being part of the community. I want to teach young adults that are trying to clean up their act from past legal troubles and teach them a trade that will help them earn money and grow as a cook. Part of the community is to create an atmosphere where memories will grow. Invite local artists to paint on my wall and have local musicians perform. A mambo night that I want to call "Cumbia y Comida" where I can feature a special menu once a month. With music, food dancing with local musicians and artists.
