Why Pizza Italiana ?

In a small town in Morocco there are many youngs without a work or enough money to live or even a talent, so without a meaning of life, my collegue was one of those youngs but he was thinking differently, after his 18 years he decided to go to the city to build his futur.The first work he found was in a Pizza restaurant where he saw, for the firt time, how a Pizza can be made and here he fell in love with this job, well he found what he loves to do, yes he loves cooking and specially this kind of food(such as Pizza, Tacos and Pannini), so he decided to give all his time and life to this work.This year he will complet his 8th year of experience but he still doesn't have his own house or familly or even a good level of life, as a human working hard deserve, beacause of his bad salary, and from here came the idea of creating his own thing wich means opening his own restaurant wich i named "Pizza Italiana".

Futur vision

We aspire to make our restaurant the best in Morocco then in all Africa so that we can help the creative brains and people working hard to grow their projects fastly.

Why should you pledge ?

By supporting my campaign you’ll be helping a guy to make his dream a reality and another small independent grow and become more established. I hope you will see that I’m not asking for money for nothing but his offering a chance to invest in the growth of our independent scene and to choose a great reward too.

How the money will be spent ?

Our project needs just the goods bellow :

-electric oven

-small industrial unit or a garage

-tables and chairs

What can we produce?

We can do all types of Pizza, Tacos, Burgers and juices.

What will hapen to any money raised over of target ?

If we were to raise more funds than expected, these would go towards more specialist equipment, a dedicated delivery vehicle and initial staffing.n terms of staff - so far, I’ve been running the business singlehandedly, which includes, deliveries, ordering, shopping, sales, social media, and admin, so I think it’s probably about time to get some help!

I have decided to crowdfund as opposed to funding via a bank loan because I want to actively engage with the community in Leeds, and to me it makes more sense to pay my supporters back with my time, products and expertise than make the bank free money! Risks and challenges

The main challenge to opening the new restaurant will be attracting clients and this problem will be solved easily with the experience of my collegue and my knowledge on marketing and management. Friends and family will be supporting me in this by giving time to clean and paint. The work that requires specialists, so the plumbing and carpentry work, can get underway with supervision from me and my collegue. I hope to be in and working from the new restaurant by end of May if all goes well.
