Pitbull Max legs surgery

My name is Max and im a very loving Pitbull who has a Luxating Patella in my right back leg. That means that the kneecap dislocates out of place every time I try to walk and this causes me a lot of pain everyday. I have had a tough life- I was abandoned and starving in a trailer. I barely avoided a kill shelter in Albania but a big-hearted neighbor who found me and knew what a remarkable dog I am payed $200 to have me sent to the no-kill shelter in where I was adopted. My parents are both college students on a very limited budget. Please help me for my leg surgery that will cost me around 3000$ with all my supplements and therapy to be able to walk again so I can go to the park and see my friends.Thank you very much , i hope that one day will be able to help a dog like you.
