Help save the little bird

Hello everyone,

a couple of days ago I found a collared dove with a severe wing injury a few blocks away from my apartment. I took pity on the poor thing and took it home, only to find out that its wing is far more severely injured than I thought; it most likely will never be able to fly again. I can't bear the thought of leaving it out there again, but as a college student depending solely on odd jobs here and there, I really don't have the means to take it to the vet and pay for its treatment. I'm willing to keep it if it really loses its ability to fly, provide it with the best home I possibly can. Other than the injury it's a very lively, albeit skittish bird, eating and drinking like normal. I know it may sound like a silly cause to most, but it really means a lot to me, and I would really love to watch this little bird make it. Any contribution is very welcome!

Update: I spoke to a vet and the total cost of the procedure will be around 80 euros (probably less) I will also be updating the page should any donations be made, so that you know your donation weren't used for another purpose.
