Campaign Story
My name is Renelyn Agunod, single-parent and unfortunately, has a severe heart illness known as Valvular Heart Disease, secondary to Rheumatic. I've had 4 deadly episodes of the Atrial Fibrillation, Ventricular tachycardia and/or Heart Failure.
I have been advised that I need a Mitral Valve Replacement Open Heart Surgery, the soonest time possible. Unfortunately, its not something I can afford even thru HMO; and the operation is not available thru government insurance (Philhealth). I will be applying for ward services through-out the procedure in Philippine Heart Center. The entire operation will cost around Php 613,000 (12,100 USD) more or less.
Friends, donors or anyone of you kind-hearted people out there, I humbly request for monetary assistance. I wish to extend my life to be able to provide for my family, especially my daughter.
This will be the best Christmas gift I could ever received. My prayers will be answered by our God, thru you who are kind and helpful.
