physio needed on dialysis

Hi my name is Cameron and am a diabetic that has complications from many years of diabetes since before I could walk. My kidneys have failed and unable to work anymore and on long term disability that barely covers all financial responsibilities. I suffered from a motorcycle accident a few years ago and did damage from that as well. I now require physiotherapy and my benefit's only cover 2 visits. I cannot afford this and am unable to lift my arms due to severe pain ( shoulder tendons are torn and rotator cup is damaged) the initial cost is 95$ for consultation and 70$ per session from that point on. Unknown how long this will take and my Benefit company only covers for 1 visit but as said earlier maxed out. As well dialysis has rendered me to the point of little mobility and need help for a swim program to keep me somehow exercising as I can't do what I used to and am unable to exercise as I am to sore to do so.  Doctors have told me to join a ymca but cannot afford this as well. This is ongoing until I have my transplants (Kidney-pancreatic) any help is prayed for since my family is unable to help. Thank you
