Physciatric help needed

I am in desperate need of physciatric help.

I am a 22 year old female. I am suffering from PTSD as I was sexually abused as a child. Every couple of months I suffer intense phycotic episodes of panic, depression, derealisation and suicidal thoughts. I have never recieved proper professional help and have tried everything natural, and within my ability, to help myself.

I am a young writer and filmmaking student. I can't afford to pay for professional help on my own. My birth mother is mentally ill and recently my cousin committed suicide. I want to get professional help for myself so I can live a happy and healthy life.

I hope to raise enough money by the end of the month for about 4-5 sessions with a local Physciatric professional I have researched.

Any help would be very appreciated.
