The Badger Office cost local campaigners thousands of pounds last year, with most of the money going on phone bills for the landline and two mobile phones which were part of the 24/7 hotline and, of course, a huge amount of money being given to people to cover fuel costs. This year autonomous groups are having to do a huge amount of fundraising in the run-up to the cull and collectives such as ourselves and Stop the Cull are fundaising to help support other people coming into the cull zone as well as these groups if necessary. With a 24/7 phoneline going again this year and a lot of money already spent on fuel for finding all those setts we'll be protecting, we're asking that anyone who can spare a few quid and wants to contribute to the campaign, throw them our way! Of course, if you need the money, especially to get in the zone yourself, keep it and give us a shout when you're heading our way. Many thanks and hope to see you in the fields.
