Phone Bill Help

I am afraid my family's cell phone service will be cut off on or around 08/13/2012. I owe $359.22 in back payments. But I think I'll be OK if I can pay half of that ($180).

Please help one of the lines goes to my disabled mother. I have a job where I am on-call and need the phone in-case I get called in.

Also before it is mentioned in comments, there is no Assurance phone service in Fresno, CA.

I am very scared and worried right now.
