Phone bill extortion, now I can’t pay rent

I was away on in early September in Turkey. My phone bill has come in on a direct debit with no warning and cleaned me out, and an appeal has been unsuccessful. I am unable to pay rent, and am going to lose my home as a result which could lead on to losing my job. I tried to get a loan but as someone young my credit rating is not good enough to get a loan of this size. My plea is that some of you have had a similar situation, and out of the kindness of your hearts you will help me out. I need to get this sorted by the end of this month otherwise I am out.
