philipine help This Is to help establish basic health and educational services before and after typhoons and other natural disasters within the country of The Philippines.  I have personally visited several times and have been both awestruck by the beauty and kindness of the pepole, however the lack of basic needs is truly substandard.  Hpspitals, police, and education is still sturggling to rise out of third world levels. The potentail beauty is only inhibited by the overwhelming ignorance and lack of opptunities for most of the population. Now,since last years Super typhoon, and constant threats of typhoons that would be rated 3 and above by NOAA standards and housing at substandard levels for most yard sheds here in Florida, i cannot just ignore the plight of fellow humans that always bring the best out of extremly impoverished situations.  There is no sign declaring fairness that I have seen, however humans should be able to feel hope...thats what this is all about.  spreading hope to what they call "the unfortunate ones", and from what I personally saw, even the animals in Manila Zoo were not being treated with much kindness due to the sheer impoverished situation that appeared to be considered normal human behaviour. Asking only for small donations, a few cents that gets dropped on the ground, can keep a young child from drinking from mud puddles, and a few dollars would enable schools to be funded.  simple things, simple ideas, simple actions can take humanity to the next level.   Thank you for reading this and I hope even a small donation will considered.  Our children are the futhre and this is one country that need help for the youngest most of all.     Sincerely, Heath Nelson
