Philippines Volunteer Abroad

I am a third year architecture student at Norwich University in Vermont. During the summer of 2016 my school is sending volunteers to the Philippines to help with the repercussions of the Typhoon that hit in 2013. This is the second of a three year ongoing program to rebuild Cebu. This year in particular they are searching for architects and engineers to volunteer because they are at the design and build stage of the program. I am looking to raise 800$ by November 10, 2015 to pay for airfare, lodging, travel, program fees, and 3 meals daily. Since I have not yet been accepted into the program and cannot be sure I will be, I would either be returning money to known donators or donating to a local charity. Thank you!
