PhD tuition for next academic year

Hello everyone! My name is Mohammad...I need a help for my PhD completion study
I am an international student from Jordan and I came alone since two years to USA to complete my Doctoral study in computer science and engineering in University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. 

I have no financial support for my remaining study...so at the beginning I borrowed some money till I can get a graduate assistant ship or a scholarship from my university and I thought that if I work here, every thing will be ok.

Unfortunately, the reality was shocking here, my university offer few scholarships as it is a private university, and I discovered that a student with F-1 Visa is not allowed to work in USA except within the campus and this can not pay the tuition of the study...and I do not want to work illegally because I am afraid of losing my dream of getting this degree...I tried every way but really nothing worked with me


I am a very eager person to learn, hard working student and I have submitted the comprehensive exam and got a high pass from the first year of study while it is usually takes other students 3 years to do so....also my GPA is 3.85 out of 4....now I am about to start my last two years of the study which is the dissertation of my degree and I find myself lost in the middle of the road....I can not pay any dollar for the coming semester plus that I am engaged and cannot get married and bring my fiancee because of the expensive costs of the housing and because there is no money support for us :(
