PetTopia, help an animal in need

when you walk in the streets of Egypt you will almost always find a stray animal that need help, a puppy which lost his mummy, an injured cat or even a horse that is left to die; this made us think about creating a social platform for animals lovers in Egypt to have a community of people who are willing to help those poor animals, we added multiple featuresto facilitate achieving this target using Geo-location functionality in mobiles, in PetTopia when someone finds an animal that needs help all he has to do is to post a photo of the case with the location and an instant notification will be sent to all users nearby this will make the whole process much easier even more once the animal is healthy you can list it for adoption "we don't have enough shelters in Egypt" previously people where worry about the next step after rescuing an animal but now it is as easy as it can get, next we thought about adding a feature where people can ask for the help of users nearby to find their pets in case they got lost and again it all depends on Geo-location.

also as one of the sources of stray animals in Egypt is wrong pet selection in the first place where people doesn't realize for instance that this cute little puppy will grow up to be a 100 bound dog and they end up giving up their pets as they can’t keep them anymore, we thought about making a tool to help users to select the most suitable pet for their life style "we call it pet selector”.

Being a social platform will not only help in creating such community but it will make it an active fun experience for users which will ensure the continuity and success of such initiative.

Our vision is to extend our presence outside Egypt to help all animals in need all around the world
