Campaign Story
Dear friends and all good people.
Nine months after devastating earthquake hit capital of Croatia Zagreb on March 22, 2020, a magnitude 6.4 earthquake has struck central Croatia on December 29, 2020.
The epicentre was located in the vicinity of Petrinja, only a few kilometres from my family home which is significantly damaged.
My mother-in-law’s home was destroyed, and it is unhabitable. This is the home that my mother-in-law and my deceased father-in-law rebuilt from the ground up after the house was demolished in the war.
The statics experts visited her house, and said it is not safe to live in.
Currently she is staying with us in a small apartment in Zagreb with two young children one of whom has a physical disability.
Unfortunately, we do not have that money to rebuild it, and after the earthquake in March that devastated Zagreb, we see that we cannot rely on government’s help.
Therefore, I am asking for your help and support to rebuild my mother-in-law’s and my husband’s childhood home.
Please consider small donation and thank you so much!
