Pet Relocation: Jango and Grey

Jango and Grey are American Shorthair cats that we have been blessed to be caring for here in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Jango is adopted from a loving family who can't keep him due to allergy reasons. Grey is our rescue cat, we took him in when my cousin found him near a mosque.

Unfortunately, we will be relocating back to the Philippines soon (I'm going home on second week of May, my friend is going home next week, and my cousin will be flying on August). Both of our fur-babies were supposed to fly with me next month but we were surprised at how expensive the costs are. The airline I booked will not accept them as Excess Baggage, and they will need to fly as manifested cargo which made the cost of bringing them home skyrocket to almost four times of what we were expecting.

The most recent estimate we got is above $1,500. We are currently in touch with someone that can get us a "rescue" discount but we're not entirely sure on how much it will cost in total. It could dramatically go down to only $1,100.

At the moment, we're focusing on getting enough funding for them to be relocated to the Philippines, whether it takes a week, or a couple of months doesn't matter but we're hoping we will have enough before August arrives.

My cousin and I have loved pets all our lives and we are so grateful that we were able to provide a loving family to our fur-babies.
