Pet rats

Hello my name is vanessa iv been taking in rats that are no longer wanted or have been put up to be feeders and I find them nice and loving homes I currently have 9 adult rats and 13 baby's I'm asking for help to be able to supply them with the best food , bedding, and cages to keep my little rats happy and to be able to keep doing what I'm doing I make no money off of the rats and I do not sell them I'm just trying to give them the best life as possible without being eaten so if anyone could help me out I would be so grateful thank you very much
