Pet Photography Start Up Business

Thank you for taking the time to read my fundraiser.

A little about me:

I work full time as a emergency veterinary technician and my love for animals goes even deeper. I work as a volunteer with the local SPCA in my town. www.nhspca.org I volunteer my time as a photographer taking quality pictures for the NHSPCA's website and petfinder. I believe a good quality photo can make the difference in whether or not an animal gets adopted. I know personally I would rather see an animal outside, ears perked up, and tongue falling out, that a standard photo of a scared animal in a cage huddled in the back.   I am a sucker for animals in need, and I have adopted 2 cats from them and I’ve adopted a plott hound from a high kill shelter (My dog, her mother, and her 6 brothers and sisters (all puppies) were slated to be euthanized as the shelter was over crowded).

I have 2 passions in life. I love animals and photography.

Realizing that there is a need for a quality pet photographer in my area, I started a pet photography business.  My Business is called Chicksta's Pet Photography I operate in New Hampshire.  www.chickstasphotography.com

I am in need of some small startup costs to help fund camera equipment. I am in need of 2 lenses that would enable me to take the highest quality photographs for my customers. Taking pictures of animals is tricky as they never sit still and the lens required needs to be fast and sharp. These 2 lenses below will give me the best zoom range to capture pets at their best.

I’m not trying to raise funds for daily business expenses or any other misc. items, My goal is to achieve these 2 lenses and any funds raised over the cost of these 2 lenses will be donated to the NHSPCA with a list of contributors of everyone who donates.
