Developing values ​​in Peruvian youth

Corruption is a serious problem in Peru, favoritism of government officials in awarding contracts being particularly common. In fact, a very weak judiciary, inefficient government bureaucracy and high levels of favoritism have culminated in high corruption levels in almost all sectors of the Peruvian economy.

We are Neurocoaching Lima. We believe that we can contribute to the fight against corruption through the education of youth. We aim to contribute to the development of values in Peruvian youth, cultivating and liberating their leadership potential, helping them to achieve clarity in their vision and purpose, for the construction of a society based on ethical values in which the common well-being is the most important objective.

We want to develop a program of workshops in the sectors of least resources in the country with the aim of reaching 10,000 young people in 2019. We will work with them to develop their leadership skills, communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence and ethical behavior.
