Personal relief/Emergency situation

Hello all. My name is Jagadish Prabakaran and I am a recent graduate. I had applied for an EAD card back in July and due to unforeseen circumstances I had missed the deadline and my application has been rejected. I was asked to file a motion to reconsider/reopen. Since I found out the decision on Sept 13 I need to apply within 30days from the above date. There were a number of unavoidable scenarios that had caused my current predicament. I had some personal issues that affected me both mentally and physically. It caused my grades to drop and hence in my final semester I was supposed to take two additional courses to compensate. I did somehow manage to do well and even paid the fee but it had drained most of my resources. As all of you know Hurricane Irma had a major impact on Florida and I was one of the unlucky residents. My apartment was flooded and we are currently hunting for a new place to rent. It has further depleted my funds and my savings and I am nearly broke. I am supposed to consult with an immigration lawyer to appeal against my decision. The reapplication and the lawyer fee would cost me close to five grand. Since the deadline is really close I am not sure as to what I could do which is why I am appealing to the kind hearts around. It would be really mean a lot if anyone could help me out. Even a small contribution would provide me with ample support. I'm even open to hearing any suggestions from an immigration attorney as well.

Update - Found an attorney recently who's willing to help me out unlike many who were not sure as to how to help me out but still charge. No offense against anyone in particular.
