Personal Property Taxes!

I need help paying my personal property taxes so that I can get my car registered and my plates for my car. All the money I do have I help my mother with paying her bills since she is unemployed and trying to look for work. Ive asked all of my family members for help but they refuse to help and I need my car so that I can be able to go back and fourth to work. I work far out frommy house that the bus does not go out by my job.
