Personal Financial hardship struggle

To Whom it may concern,

I’m writing this letter for requesting special needs for our family.

My name is Rohini Alocias Baskaran , married to husband name is Thilina for einght years. We are Deaf parents with our biology hearing daughter, Shenaya. She’s 5 years old living with us.

She attends school everyday from 7am to 1am. I commute with her in the morning and afternoon, round trips in a 3-wheeled or called “Rickshaw”.

Im full time housewife who took responsibility for her while husband attends to his job for 6 days, 12 hours a day from 7am to 7pm everyday as a garment worker. He commute the bus. He pays the bus tickets everyday from his salary that his company took out in half to ‘covers’ his trip expenses which lead to difficult budgets for our family.

Currently , we live in rent house for two years , two rooms with a big and comfortable house comes with everything we needs. He rents 14000 rupees that doesn’t meet our comfortable budgets and for our daughter’s school fees. It is very difficult to support our limited needs. We doesn’t have enough money to eat on the table. Very difficult to keep it balance with what we have on the budgets.

My mother is considering to give us a place to live as a gift- a small sized house with two rooms without living room, with no kitchen, no bathroom however has to use public outside which doesn’t feel comfortable zone for us and our 5 years olds daughter, no privacy at all.

That house has metal roof is not what we re expecting to live with, because it will make the temperatures goes up to heat wave in the house. We’re requesting to have some help with the budgets for what we can afford to cover for roofing to changes to protect us from overheating . Fan ceiling will be accepted.

We’re requesting some extra help to support our needs for that house, will need some additional such as bathroom, kitchen and fence to build around the house as a protection because we re Deaf parents that doesn’t have any deaf-supported equipments such as fire alarms, and wake alarms

Also, one more thing to request that we need scooter or you may called two wheelers for the commutation with our daughter to school.
