Please help my dog! 😢

this handsome puppy is Max. He's a 6 month old and is the happiest puppy I've ever met. He loves meeting new dogs and makes it his mission to always be the dirtiest pup leaving the park. I am doing my part time job , but am fortunate enough to be able to bring Max to work with me but not every single time, but he has become somewhat of a team mascot and a bodyguard to me. Thurdays afternoom Max woke up and was having difficulty breathing so we rushed him to the emergency vet. The cause is still unknown, but within 12 hours he had developed severe pneumonia, a fever of 105, and fluid built up in his chest cavity. We have done everything the vet has recommended and have surpassed a $8500 vet bill just to keep Max stable with an IV, supplemental Oxygen, a chest tube to keep his lung from collapsing, and the deposit on surgery. please support my dog even just a bit help will do!
