Person in need to get out of Credit Card Debt! Please Help

I am asking help for people I don't even know to help me get out of debt. Over the years. I have collect over $20,000. I can't believe I am in this situation to ask people but I am running out of answers. I live in a 2 bedroom house with me and my dog and I will have to move out and that mean I will have to give up my dog Kane for 2 years. Its just him and me.
