Permaculture Farm and Natural Eco_Dome House

I am Cengiz, an electronics engineer and for the last 6 years I have been doing technology consulting and project management in various projects

For a long time I tried to find a way to run away from this system, city, and fabricated life it creates, to do so I always dreamed establish a self sustainable permaculture farm in nature.

After 3 years of searching, I found the land in Turkey Bodrum / Gökpınar village and bought it.

While I was young I wanted to spend this life model that most people imagined, delayed or expected when they retire.

At first we were planning to buy a prefabricated house to manage the farm. Luckily, in a project I'm abroad, my friend Paul Richardson, an architect, told me about natural eco_structures, and I realized that I had to build from these houses, which is a great harmony with nature.

I left the company I was working with, and I became officially a farmer. Still working working on part-time projects to make this project a reality, and I started to build Permaculture farm from scratch with all my savings, family support and under the guidance of Paul.

Paul first came to the land, where he spent a lot of time planning this design as it would be best suited to the land and its nature.
We started to take action in early June. We opened the artesian well needed by the permaculture system. Then we finished the excavations for the irrigation pool and underground chamber. And we started to use the sandbag and the soil to do the trick.

Because of the virginity of the chosen place in the forests, I have experienced many unaccounted setbacks in the project. Of course, in this process I learned that the account at home did not fit the bazaar.

And in order to be ready for the next process, I invite everybody who shares the same dream, thought with me, or inspired by this alternative life model, to support me
