perfect holiday for toddler

Basically as a child I never really went anywhere special, whether it be butlins, centre parks, or any other child attraction holidays. and now I just want to give my son the perfect holiday I can give him with your help, the money raised will provide for transport to the destination of the dream holiday, the cost of the hotel we stay in, food, and costs for daily activities on the holiday, I'm only looking for a holiday in the uk so I'm NOT wanting £10,000 I think just about £2,000? would be fair for a whole week of a holiday and travel expenses. I'm only 21 in the food industry on minimum wage and live on my own and pay all bills so don't have a lot of money spare, plus any money raised over £2,000 will go into his bank account that ive created for him, for him to be able to use when hes 21 for college etc...
