Campaign Story
Pennill has had a stroke and cannot walk or talk. He needs rehab and the goverment services are inaccessible (distant).
Pennill has no medical aid through no fault of his own, and cannot possibly afford the healthcare he needs.
He needs about £3600 or 4560 UK Pounds to cover 6 months of physio, OT, Speech, lifts, and a caregiver for a month, as well as some extra meds and doctors visits, as well as the tax and banking fees. He needs 24/7 supervision at the moment because he keeps on falling, and so we need a respite from caregiving. We also need to bring in a cleaner to assist us as we have to watch him so closely.
We would love to give this man the opportunity to live a full life again, and to be able to work, garden, drive etc again. Therapy will assist this.
