Hello I'm Naresh Budha from Nepal,right now i'm in UAE. Since 2013 I have gave passport to police station for a guarantee for my friends to release him.He was in jail so he ran away make me no contact since then I went to police station to take my passport but they said me that i am fined with 10,000 dirham which is equal to 2722.60 dollar as well as my passport was sent to dubai public prosecution .And my visa also finished in 2014 since then I have no work and i am barely living my life I haven't meet my family also I want to go home too. I will pay back to loaner after 5-6 months .Please please help me
