Established in 2010, Pelikultura: The Calabarzon Film Festival continues to provide a venue for Region IV-A’s budding, experienced independent filmmakers.

A regional film festival for the growing community of artists and filmmakers in Calabarzon. A showcase of digital films that tell stories from home, whose narratives weave a diverse and vibrant culture that is surprisingly distinct from the nearby metropolis.

Now on its 11th year, Pelikultura: The Calabarzon Film Festival will host various activities for the whole month of October. The theme for this year focuses on recognizing films as a form of protest. Mark your calendars as we will be streaming the online film festival for the whole month of October. Participation in the festival is also free. All the proceeds for the crowdfunding will go to the local filmmakers that will be participating in this festival.
