Peeka ❤️

Peeka, my best friends beloved boy has been diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease. As most of you know, Peeka is not just a cat, he is an integral part of the Beinspired family. He has done quality control on all yarn shipments, inspected the wips of customers and tested most project bags that have entered the Beinspired studio.If we are honest, he is a big part of a lot of people’s lives!

He is not responding well to his new diet that is supposed to make him feel better as he refuses to eat the new food. Chants is heart broken that there is not more she can do for her boy, understanding he has had a good life. But, this request is not about extending Peekas life but rather making sure that for however much longer we are blessed with his purrs, he is comfortable and happy.

Chantal is not ready to give up on him and neither am I!
So, after some research, I have found a brand of natural supplements especially developed for PKD in pets. Drastic improvements have been reported after the use of these supplements on both cats and dogs. They are only available in America and besides being costly, so is the shipping to get them to South Africa as fast as possible.

Chantal would like to give this treatment a chance so I am fundraising to cover the cost of the products including shipping, as well as a little extra to cover the many vets visits and blood tests coming up.

So after all the inspiring and giving that Chantal gives to others, I would love for her to be on the receiving end and for her to receive help in keeping Peeka as happy and healthy for as long as possible.
