Peanut’s Ipad

Mirage is my 7 year old son who has Down Syndrome. He used to be attending occupational therapy sessions but we had to discontinue due to financial constraints. Hopefully in May, I can already send him to school.

Mirage can say a few words but does not engage in conversations yet. He recently lost his most treasured Ipad 2 which he also got through funding in December 2012. That Ipad does not have a single scratch in it. I bought an Otterbox to protect it from damage.Which was very effective considering how many times P dropped it.

I am a single parent and I cannot afford to buy him a new one. He would surely miss listening to and watching musical apps like Pink Fong, Mickey Mouse interactive storytelling,stories like Madagascar,Lion King,etc. He also loves his spelling apps,speech development apps, flashcard apps that have given good benefits to him especially when I am at work and left with a temporary caregiver.
