PC for learning programing

Hello my name is Michael and i would like to buy myself a PC. as most people would think or assume that it would be for gaming it wouldn't. I finished chemistry high school and currently im working as a seller from 2 am till 2 pm. it is quite taxing on me. most of my free time i spend learning about coding and general pc fixing. to earn a few dollars for my pc. currently im using my freands pc to do that. Which is inconvenience as well he uses it for his collage to. So most of the time i dont even have time to try difrent things i wanted in coding a website or a small convenience program for my daily use. So if there are any good souls willing to donate any amount of money i would be apreciaating it a lot.
