PC for a broke Artist

Hello! due to the typhoon a few months ago my existing computer broke, I am what you call a digital artist so i need a PC to be able to do work.

Right now i am using a computer i managed to get together from a scrapyard but its not capable enough to be able to be used with the heavy loads of digital art and unfortunately I do not have any money left to buy one with the prices going up.

And all the jobs applied for turned me down. I hope you can help me get this PC that i'll be using during my lifetime so I would be able to earn money regularly again.
