Hello everyone,
I am Mugalu Manisuli, a third year student at Islamic call University college located at old Kampala hill Uganda. I offer bachelors degree in information technology but my small business collapsed during lockdown yet it was the only source of income that I had. Exams are scheduled to start in three weeks time but I haven't paid even a single coin. I kindly request for any help so that I seat for my exams. Thanks all.
