Paying Rent for my Family

This December, me & my fam must move from our house which we have already rent for 10 years. Because, the owner wanna re-construction this house. It means, we must start to find a new house since August..

Our current house rent cost is $1300 per year. But now, it's hard to find a house that has similar price.. And I just found house on internet (I attach the picture).. That new house rent cost is $2000..

I will have $200 from loan..but I need to pay another loan... Actually there is another way to pay rent : Resign from my current office.. And I will get additional money from my compensation..But, I love my current office..
