Paying off Student Loan

Hi! My name is Jillian and I am 21 years old. I am in desperate need of help for paying off my student loan. Paying this loan off would help me to be able to move forward with my life and would take a ton of pressure off of me. I worry a lot about money and other things and it's been giving me really severe headaches and causing me to throw up multiple times a day. All the help I could get would be beyond appreciated.
