Paying for Medical fees

I only need 60 €, but the site required a minimum amount of 250€. I'm an 18 year-old Romanian straight A student from Bucharest. I need money to pay the visit to an OB/GYN, further investigations and medication. I've been recently starting to suffer from pelvic pain, discomfort, hormonal imbalance and other symptoms I can't explain. My mother doesn't think going to the is neccessary until marriage and tells me to wait for them to pass, and I would have paid for this from my own scholraship money(the equivalent of 100 €/month for those whose average is 9.5 out of 10). The trouble is we are waiting to receive the scholarship money for February and March, but our highschool anounced there would be some delays. I am not pregnant, I am not having an abortion, just want to know what was the cause of these symptoms and if there is something serious, because I'm getting worried they might worsen with time.
