On 06/12/2020, Fatma Mohamed had to be rushed to ER for an emergency surgery at Latifa Hospital due to an explosion of an ovarian cyst. The surgery was successful and after a few days of being hospitalized Fatma was allowed to leave the hospital however, the insurance company had refused to pay the amount required by the hospital due to her visa being and Abu Dhabi residential visa and the surgery taking place in Dubai. The total balance outstanding at the hospital is AED 35,000 and unfortunately Fatma's salary of AED 3000 barely covers her living expenses and paying of this amount is very difficult. Currently the hospital has allowed her to be discharged in exchange for a check being kept by the hospital which is valid until 20/04/21. We have been to different charitable organizations in the UAE seeking help however, we haven't received any assistance and Fatma will be facing legal issues if the amount is not paid. Fatma is unfortunately here for work alone, her family back in Egypt have no means of collecting this amount. Please help us raise these funds for Fatma. All documents can be provided for authenticity including the salary certificate, Medical files and charity organization applications. You may also visit Latifa hospital to check the case personally.
