Paying for College

Hi everyone, My name is Julie; I'm currently approaching my last year at University and am having a hard time being able to pay in order to graduate. I come from a family of a single mom, who works non-stop to support my younger brother and myself. I am a Psychology major with the determination to go to Graduate school and become a clinical psychologist to serve individuals that cannot usually afford therapy because I believe mental health is just as important as physical health. My determination and drive for education started at a very young age. When I was in 8th grade I decided that I wanted to go to boarding school instead of the public high school that all my friends were entering. My academics and PSAT scores allowed me to attend a prestigious boarding school, where I furthered my passion for education. Throughout college, I have maintained a steady 3.5 GPA with a 3.8 in my major. Now, a year until graduation, I am finding a hard time to continue paying for my last year as well as stay on top of the loans I currently have. I was raised to never give up on myself, or my dreams, because of financial hardships, and I will continue to live with that mentality. I aim high for myself, my goals, my education, and my future, and I can only hope that someone who shares the same values as me will be able to help me get through the last year of my undergraduate education.  Thank you so much for your time, Julie
