Pay off student loan

Proud to say i'm a college grad working hard everyday and rising a family, I want to own my own music company some day but this student loan is slowing down the goal. with every payment it seems to not put a dent in the balance. but with your help i think i can defeat this beast. I know this is not somthing really health concerning like some the others but this is me asking for help upfront and honest.
