Pay off debts and return home from abroad

I come from Poland. I got myself into debts, nobody knows from my family. Even my lovely wife. I wanted to start paying off debts, that's why I changed jobs. I became a truck driver, I drive all over Europe. The financial situation has not improved, I work hard and I am not at home. I miss my family and my 3 year old daughter. I have to pay my debts by April 2020. That is why I am asking for any support in getting rid of this problem. Thank you, good people, for every help.
